What a child needs at the beginning of daycare to feel comfortable in the forest can vary greatly for each child.
Children’s eyes and lanterns! In all our daycares, the Festival of Lights or St. Martin’s Day was celebrated differently, because here too, it means: the children have it in their own hands!
After the garden harvest was already abundant, the forest children in Herrieden have now turned to the sweet fruits – or rather sour? In any case, there were plenty of apples and pears, and part of them were made into juice right away.
Today we’re talking about these main characters: the old hares and the sly foxes. Because in the forest kindergartens it was “time to get out”.
What do “forest musicians,” rock music, and senior citizens have in common? You will find out from our social media manager Verena, who accompanied the event in Herrieden for you.
Whether there will be a lion or an outhouse on the roof of the forest module, and what will go “plump” in which direction, is not entirely clear yet, but one thing is certain – the children’s ideas are reflected in the construction plans.
During the start last September, everything was new territory for the Waldkinder Herrieden. So, the first weeks primarily focused on coming together as a group,
